I spent some time today going through and changing all of the database stuff (views don't work right now if you were wondering) so that the racing part of the website is once again functional. I also added a summary at the top of the page for each individual racer. There are probably some changes I still have to make to the module, but this is all done now so enjoy!

Unfortunately, we have decided to terminate the Event Coordinator position and will not be continuing down that path. We are working on a restructuring of how staff is organized, so stay tuned for that if it ever materializes.
I would like to thank Unix for all of the time and effort she put into her work these past few months and am sorry things didn't work out the way we had envisioned.

Please give Unix your best wishes in her future subspace endeavors, hopefully we will still see her around.

I have just added squad integration to the website for beta testing, it can be found under the 'Players' menu. Here's a quick rundown of the current features:

• Roster display, complete with squad officers
  
• Apply to join squads (leave your current squad first if you have one)
  
• Squad administration control panel
  
• Squad administration history (what have squad officers done in the past)
  
• Player squad history, including officer roles
  

Squad officers have been broken down into three roles: Owner, Captain, and Assistant:

• Assistants have the ability to approve or deny member applications.
• Captains also have the ability to axe squadmembers and promote/demote assistants.
• Owners also have the ability to promote/demote captains.

If you are the owner of a squad, send me a forum PM with your squad name and I'll add it for you. Note that you have to be registered on the website (via ?signup) to use any of the administrative functions.

You can now view all of your (and everyone else's) racing results on the site. Everything can be found under the "Racing" menu to the left.
